Idaho Botanical Gardens has combined two of their favorite food events – Uncorked and The Garden Plate – into one tasty occasion. Once a month, the Garden invites Idaho vintners to share samples of wine made from Idaho grapes. After contemplating the complexities of the vino, guests are encouraged to sit in on a cooking demonstration featuring items plucked from the vegetable garden.
